Lead Technical Support Manager

We're looking for an experienced Lead Technical Support Manager to join our team and drive technical excellence. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for managing our technical support services and ensuring seamless delivery to our customers.
Claroty's mission is to secure cyber-physical systems across various environments: the Extended Internet of Things (XIoT). Our platform provides visibility, exposure management, network protection, threat detection, and secure access to over 1,000 organizations worldwide.
About the Role:
- Oversee the technical support team and ensure timely issue resolution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and success
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support management
- 4+ years of product support engineer experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry
