As a key member of our e-commerce and logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development by understanding market needs, defining requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your expertise will be essential in recognizing, documenting, and translating market needs into features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance product usability and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, and subsequently produce business and functional requirements.
  • Prioritize the product roadmap to unlock maximum value and maintain alignment with Product Leads.
  • Be a customer advocate by monitoring customer feedback and understanding markets – proactively engaging to address pain points and drive solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a product management or related role, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or customer experience-focused platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data to identify opportunities and guide product development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customer-facing teams, with the capacity to translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in rolling up sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and delivering results.
