Project Delivery and Coordination

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the given scope, timeframe, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. They should possess strong technical design skills, excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in planning and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Design and Interpretation

Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Project Coordination

Coordinate mechanical services, prepare CSD/SEM drawings, and submit them for review and approval.

Integration and Planning

Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules, while coordinating the integration of Civil, Architectural, and mechanical works on site.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare reports to clients and project managers on progress, delays, defects, and rectification measures for the mechanical works. Provide technical advice and resolve mechanical technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
