We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Strategist to spearhead our organization's HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resource Management, with expertise in talent acquisition, policy development, and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's overall mission and objectives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, including compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, union matters, and work pass applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with counterparts in China.
