Responsibilities:

Ensure optimal performance and safety of data centre infrastructure through proactive maintenance, monitoring, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure, including power, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
* Perform preventive maintenance and address issues promptly to avoid downtime.
* Respond to alarms and coordinate with vendors for emergency repairs and maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and physical security protocols within the data centre.
* Communicate incidents and performance reports to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in data centre facility management.
* Proven experience in managing 24x7 mission-critical environments.
* Strong knowledge of data centre electrical and mechanical systems.
* Expertise in fire suppression, access control, and physical security protocols.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
