AI E-Commerce Innovation Leader

We are seeking a skilled AI Algorithm Engineer to spearhead our e-commerce initiatives. This role involves the development of cutting-edge technologies such as AIGC, empowering various aspects of e-commerce including product creativity generation, material optimization, virtual try-on, and video editing.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement MultiModal Content understanding systems for TikTok short videos to identify structured information related to e-commerce.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) in content commerce, driving innovation in product creativity generation, material optimization, virtual try-on, and e-commerce video generation.
- Identify and improve the basic attributes of products in the e-commerce scenario, enhancing compliance, delivery efficiency, and user experience.
This role requires strong research skills in fields like MultiModal Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and NLP. Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow/MXNet and acceleration methods is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Prior research experience and publication in top academic conferences are highly valued.

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Expertise in image/video classification, detection, segmentation, action recognition, and multimodal machine learning pre-training.
- Knowledge of text-to-image/video/3D generation and editing, diffusion models, GANs, and transformers.
- Familiarity with model compression acceleration techniques and inference frameworks.
