Job Description

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing advanced conversational AI systems. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven customer service agents that can handle e-commerce inquiries, complaints, refunds, dispute resolutions, and logistical issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fine-tuning, distillation, or reinforcement learning of large language models for conversational AI applications. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Llm Development & Post-Training Expertise: Experience in fine-tuning, distillation, or reinforcement learning of large language models for conversational AI applications.
