Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our Front Office team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all aspects of check-in and check-out, as well as resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you will also be responsible for monitoring guest satisfaction, implementing service innovation and improvement plans, and tracking operational risk management.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Handle all aspects of check-in and check-out, including processing payments and updating guest information.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service innovation and improvement plans to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Track operational risk management and implement procedures to prevent loss and risk.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in OPERA or similar systems.
