Job Description:

The Financial Analyst will support the APAC region with global financial planning and reporting efforts, working closely with operations and finance leadership to develop and automate financial models, ensure accurate invoicing, and support monthly close activities.

This individual will serve as a key liaison between the finance team and internal stakeholders, helping to translate complex data into actionable insights.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build, and automate annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with operations teams
  • Assist in the monthly financial reporting process, originating and posting financial data into systems
  • Conduct variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and prepare detailed financial reports on revenue, costs, and account performance
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable, reconcile unbilled amounts, ensure compliance with financial commitments, and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy

This role requires collaboration across global and regional teams, handling multiple priorities, and delivering results under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), supporting operational teams
  • Experience in dealing with a global network of subsidiaries
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively and anticipating the team's needs to stay ahead of the curve
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Requirements for Success:

  1. Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, invoice reconciliation, AR, variance analysis, and monthly close activities
  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial analyses to non-financial stakeholders
  3. Advanced skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint
