Job Title: Supply Chain Management Professional

About the Role

This is a pivotal position in ensuring seamless material supply to meet production requirements.

  • The successful candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in team leadership and stakeholder/supplier collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Developing and implementing material planning processes to agreed standards (ISO, AVL, RBA)
  • Scheduling and controlling material deliveries to meet production needs and minimize stock levels
  • Implementing processes to achieve targets (Purchasing KPls, Inventory Turns)
  • Identifying areas of improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of the impact of failure on business costs, production targets and customer order fulfillment
  • Results-driven and organized, with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
