We are a leading women's footwear brand in Singapore, renowned for our commitment to quality, style and customer satisfaction.

As we continue to grow both locally and internationally, we need a strategic Marketing Manager who can help elevate our brand presence and drive our marketing efforts forward.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning and execution to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a keen understanding of the footwear or fashion industry, and possess a proven track record in delivering effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Develop, implement and execute strategies to strengthen brand identity and market positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Public Relations: Develop and manage all PR activities to enhance the brand's public image, including media relations, press releases and collaborations with influencers and industry partners.
  • Social Media Presence: Lead the development and execution of social media strategies to increase engagement, followers and brand awareness on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand messages and drive sales, both online and offline.
  • Plan and oversee local events, including brand collaborations and promotional events, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Market Research, Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, performance of marketing campaigns and strategies and use insights to formulate marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and inspire the marketing team, fostering a creative, collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on brand management, PR and social media.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and work collaboratively with team members, external partners and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to generate new ideas and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
