Job Title: Brand Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Brand Marketing Strategist to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic planning and timely execution of our Marketing Calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute creative, data-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies for online and offline marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce to integrate digital marketing efforts with offline activities, driving sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Design and manage Public Relation strategies, including media outreach, press releases, and corporate communications.
  • Monitor marketing budget and performance metrics, ensuring accountability for marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints and enhancing brand reputation.
  • Partner with Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams to deliver campaign results and project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, PPC campaign management, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills, with ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic trends, consumer behavior, and market insights is an asset.
