Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team at Quesscorp Singapore PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about banking products and services.
  • Assist customers with transaction inquiries, account troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.
  • Educate customers on banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Achieve or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with basic banking products and services is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in finance or a related field are a plus.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Working hours are 9am - 1pm or 10:30am - 2:30pm (5 days a week).
