As a senior procurement leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's sourcing strategy forward. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing the entire source-to-contract process within the purchase-to-pay cycle for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will align closely with business stakeholders to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that meet their needs and expectations.
  2. Execute global/regional commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.
  3. Implement globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure high process efficiency and compliance in local countries.
  4. Identify gaps and establish mitigation strategies to optimize procurement processes.
  5. Prepare negotiation strategies and conduct negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for the business.
  6. Document and monitor progress of savings measures and report on a monthly basis.
  7. Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  8. Collaborate with internal customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  9. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform procurement decisions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in hands-on procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze spend data, conduct market research, and translate stakeholder requirements into negotiation strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and productivity reporting software.
