Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating and overseeing interior fit-out projects. He/she should be able to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various project elements.

  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants to discuss project issues and resolve any concerns.
  • Supervise site works and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage sub-contractors and source them for costing and execution.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions during off-site periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in interior fit-out industry (Executive post may consider less than 3 years' experience).
  • Relevant experience in interiors and mechanical/electrical industries is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of operational and technical aspects.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingsness to travel overseas for assignments ranging from 3 to 6 months.
