**Job Title:** Power Electronics EngineerWe are seeking skilled and innovative power electronics engineers to design, develop, and test power electronic systems and components. The ideal candidate will have experience in power conversion technologies, circuit design, and system integration for applications such as artificial intelligence data center server power supply, renewable energy systems, or industrial automation.**Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop power electronic converters including AC/DC, DC/DC converters like Totem-pole PFC, T-type, Vienna Rectifier, LLC, Buck, Boost, SR, Flyback, and other variants.
  2. Perform calculations, simulations, and modeling using tools like LTspice, PSIM, Mathcad, and so on.
  3. Choose and evaluate power components like Si/SiC/GaN MOSFETs, IGBTs, capacitors, resistors, magnetics, and other necessary elements.
  4. Develop control algorithms for power converters and implement them on embedded platforms.
  5. Conduct thermal and EMI/EMC tests and analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineers.
  7. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of power electronic systems.
  8. Document designs, test procedures, and report test results.
**Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, specialized in Power Electronics, with 5-8 years' experience in the same industry.
  2. Strong understanding of power electronics theory and applications.
  3. Proficiency in circuit design and simulation tools.
  4. Experience with embedded systems and digital control of power converters.
  5. Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, ISO, etc.).
  6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
**Preferred Skills:
  1. Familiarity with Open Compute Project (OCP) standards.
  2. Hands-on experience with GaN/SiC devices and advanced magnetics design.
  3. Hands-on experience with PCB layout and thermal management.
  4. Proficiency with Python scripts.
