Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inventory transactions, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of inventory transactions, including counting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility.
