Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate storage and delivery of goods. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products within our warehouse.

  • Manual picking and packing of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Sorting, organizing, and allocating materials in the store area.
  • Maintenance of accurate inventory records through physical and system checks.
  • Issuance of raw materials, assembly parts, and cutting tools to production teams.
  • Unpacking, inspecting, and verifying all incoming goods.
  • Preservation of materials and proper storage to maintain quality.
  • Update inventory stock lists and labeling promptly.
  • Data entry related to inventory tracking and movement.
  • Monitoring stock levels and efficient binning of materials.
  • Timely and accurate delivery of items to customers.
  • Safe handling of goods during loading, unloading, and transportation to avoid damage.
  • Adherence to traffic rules and company safety regulations.
Requirements

To excel as a Warehouse Specialist, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Prior experience in both storekeeping and delivery duties is preferred.
  • A valid Class 3 and 4 driving license is required.
  • Forklift license is an advantage.
  • Physical fitness to carry heavy loads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and effective time management skills.
