Network Field Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity and resolving technical issues. A skilled professional is sought to join the team as a Network Field Engineer.

This role is ideal for an experienced individual with strong technical knowledge of networking equipment and the ability to travel to various locations to resolve issues effectively.

  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs for network, internet, and hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and test network equipment (routers, switches, servers).
  • Conduct site surveys, testing, and network performance checks.
  • Support and assist in scheduled maintenance or upgrade works.
  • Liaise with internal teams for technical escalation.
  • Document service reports, issues found, and solutions provided.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on-site.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned service tickets.

The successful candidate will possess a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience in fieldwork, technical support, and professional certification (Cisco Certification, Aruba, Juniper, Linux, and others) is preferred.

We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented individual who can work independently and handle customer interactions professionally. The ability to work beyond office hours or during standby duty is required.
