  • Scheduling Entertainment: You will be responsible for scheduling and managing various entertainment options, including live music, DJs, and themed events, ensuring they meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Developing Marketing Strategies: As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Staff Management: You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of bartenders, servers, security personnel, and other staff members, focusing on effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Financial Management: You will manage finances and accounts, working closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and make informed decisions about investments and resource allocation.
