Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Bar Supervisor to lead our team with exceptional skills in beverage preparation, guest engagement, and lounge atmosphere management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks with precision and creativity.
  • Interact warmly with guests, take drink orders, and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the bar station to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in managing bar inventory, including tracking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
  • Recommend and promote signature cocktails, premium spirits, and drink pairings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the beverage menu, introducing seasonal or unique offerings.
  • Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Work closely with the service team and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Previous bartending experience in a lounge, bar, or similar setting; knowledge of mixology and cocktail trends is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or similar qualifications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Singaporean/PR preferred due to limited foreign worker quota.
