The Role
We seek an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive market development for our startup. This role will focus on increasing the reach of prenatal and postpartum services to all quintessential women. You'll require industry background, strategic thinking, and communication skills to establish our organization as a leader in the maternal and child market.
- Driving growth through prenatal and postpartum services as part of the team
- Development of go-to-market strategies in Singapore and subsequently regionally (APAC)
- Engaging with customers and strategic partners in the maternal and child ecosystem
- Closely working with the marketing team to design campaigns addressing customer pain points
- Developing and curating attractive services desired by our customers in collaboration with partners
- Increasing customer size and building a robust ecosystem involving various stakeholders
A successful candidate should:
- Have at least 1 year of business development experience in or selling to the maternal and child healthcare industry
- Demonstrate significant leadership experience working with partners at the management level
- Show good knowledge and understanding of the prenatal and postpartum industry
- Think strategically and analytically about business, service, and be able to build and convey compelling value propositions
- Posess strong leadership skills, proven verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent industry experience
