About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Global Partner Organization as a Public Cloud Strategy and Alliances Director. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and leading our cloud strategy and go-to-market with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) in APAC.

As a key member of our Partner Strategy and Business Development team, you will work closely with our Sales Leaders and Account Teams to define our annual growth plan with CSPs, identify target markets and industries, develop sales plays and solutions, and deliver on our revenue targets and strategic milestones.

You will also be responsible for working with our global team to craft strategic collaboration initiatives with CSPs, develop new and innovative solutions, and drive business growth through partner GTM programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through partner GTM programs, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in partner alliances. You will also need to have experience working with public cloud relationships, preferably with AWS or GCP.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about our work with partners, has excellent communication and facilitation skills, and can operate with a high level of judgment and ownership. About You
  • 4+ years of experience in partner alliances, driving pipeline and revenue growth through partner GTM programs
  • 3+ years of experience working with public cloud relationships, preferably with AWS or GCP
  • Experience as an alliance manager, solution architect, or business development role
  • Public cloud certifications a plus
  • Consistent record of exceeding targets and customer impact
  • Ability to frame, structure, and execute large and complex partnerships
  • Ability to engage with executives, facilitate business development, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and executives
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, and a positive demeanor
  • Moderate travel: 30%
