Web3 Trading Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Web3 Trading Developer. You will play a key role in developing trading infrastructure to connect with DEX and CEX, as well as develop, maintain, and optimize trading strategies across DEX and CEX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trading infrastructure to connect with DEX and CEX
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize trading strategies (including but not limited to liquidity provision and arbitrage) across DEX and CEX
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize trading strategies and connectors
  • Collaborate with other trading developers to improve trading strategies, infrastructure, and systems
  • Analyse blocking trading data on a need-to basis
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in crypto algorithmic trading (either in a professional or personal capacity) with a focus on DeFi
  • Experience interacting with DEXs (particularly EVM) algorithmically
  • Strong coding skills in Python. Knowledge of Solidity/Rust/C++ is a bonus.
  • Experience writing and interacting with smart contracts
  • Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Other disciplines will also be considered.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the initiative to take the trading team to the next level
Nice to Haves
  • Experience analysing on-chain data (e.g. Dune/Arkham/Etherscan)
  • Experience with Solana VM
  • Good understanding of MEV and its implications on DeFi trading strategies
  • Experience interacting with centralized exchanges via API
  • Fluency in Mandarin
