Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights that support compliance with regulations.

You will also be expected to develop and optimize business processes, act as a liaison between stakeholders, and oversee the implementation of solutions that ensure compliance with regulations.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in current processes and systems related to compliance and recommending improvements. Your extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, resource management practices, and change management techniques will be essential in driving business outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
  • 12 to 15 years of IT work experience, including years in managing complex projects at enterprise level
  • Project Management certification is an added plus
  • Experience in banking, regulatory projects, and personally identifiable information protection
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude
  • Strong capabilities in producing project reporting
