Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations as a Senior Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, documentation, and scheduling.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting in answering phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace, managing office supplies, and supporting the sales/design team with preparation of documents and project files. Ad-hoc errands or duties assigned by management may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation, scheduling)
  • Assist in answering phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace
  • Manage office supplies and ensure stock is replenished when necessary
  • Support the sales/design team with preparation of documents and project files
  • Run ad-hoc errands or duties assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years experience
  • Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Arrangements:

Our working hours are from Monday to Saturday 11am to 8pm or 12am to 9pm.
