We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. As a key member of our biomedical engineering department, you will be responsible for the commissioning, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
About the Role

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert technical support and ensure that all medical equipment is functioning correctly. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients alike.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities including:
- Commissioning, repairing, and maintaining medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety
- Carrying out safety and hazard investigations to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions
- Managing inventory levels to ensure timely replacement of spare parts and consumables
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will require a diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Biomedical/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or NITEC/Higher NITEC with at least 4 years' relevant working experience. In addition, you should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
Salary
The salary for this position is estimated to be between SGD $50,000 - SGD $70,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
