Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as a Financial Operations Specialist.

This role will be responsible for providing critical support to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing effective accounting policies and procedures.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reports, including financial statements, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead in business planning, internal management reporting, and assist in short- and long-term strategic planning.
  • Ensure tax compliance matters are addressed, and yearly audits are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a dedicated team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
