Job Title

The role of a Senior Executive in Sports Management involves overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of various sports programmes. This includes collaborating with programme designers to develop innovative, fun, and meaningful sporting experiences.

Key responsibilities include managing stakeholders, coaches, and instructors to ensure smooth programme operations. The Senior Executive will also be responsible for tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics to measure programme effectiveness and participant outcomes.

Additional responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and managing coaches and instructors to enhance their competencies in working with vulnerable children and youth. The role also involves facilitating training and development opportunities for coaches to improve their skills.

In terms of logistics, the Senior Executive will coordinate bookings of sport facilities and manage participant registration processes. Accurate records of attendance, coach hours, participant information, and feedback are also required for reporting and audit purposes.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management, Social Work, Special Education, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience working with or supporting vulnerable individuals is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with sensitivity and empathy in community-facing roles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple programme components concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.
  • Passionate about sports and community development.
