Job Overview

Summary

As a Data Operations Lead at IHiS, you will be responsible for the overall data operations of a new national data repository. This includes reporting to the Operations Manager and ensuring the fulfillment of the system's roles and responsibilities as one of the HealthierSG data single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Operations Management

Develop and implement data operations strategies to ensure data quality and availability. Establish data contributor and data consumer onboarding processes with compliance to data governance policy. Plan and prioritize onboarding requests, track and report contributor and consumer onboarding status. Ensure data availability to data consumers and provide timely communications in cases of disruptions.

Data Quality Assurance

Identify and establish measures to proactively detect data quality issues and follow up with the respective data contributors for timely data corrections. Provide regular reporting of data quality issues to internal and external stakeholders, data owner, and track all data quality issues till closure.

Leadership and Team Management

Manage team's support schedule to ensure full coverage of data operation services. Coach team members to deliver consistent support service quality.

Requirements

Specific Requirement/Skillsets

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in large-scale IT application operations, preferably in the area of data operation. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Possesses good verbal and written communication across all levels of personnel with proven ability to translate complex, technical subjects into clear and concise communications to a variety of key stakeholders.
