Job Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct quality patient care in compliance with Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS)
- Carry out nursing procedures such as dressing and naso-gastric tube feeding
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on key domains like fall prevention and infection control
- Document patient conditions and track rehabilitation progress
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and specialist doctors to provide holistic care
- National Institute of Technical Education Certificate (NITEC) in Nursing or equivalent
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- At least one year's working experience as an enrolled nurse
- Experience in the Community Care sector is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, caring, and positive attitude
