Process Quality Specialist

Process Assurance plays a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring seamless compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM). The Process Assurance Team within Global Market and Enterprise Technology is instrumental in supporting banks Project, Development and Service Delivery teams. Their primary objective is to guarantee process adherence throughout the entire lifecycle.
The team acts as a quality gatekeeper for SDM major milestones, scrutinizing entry and exit criteria to ensure that only high-quality artefacts are produced. This encompasses reviewing functional & design specifications, testing documents, and other project deliverables.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project and Technical Delivery managers to uphold the highest standards of deliverables. Key responsibilities include establishing controls and compliance checks on SDM processes, conducting quality gate reviews for analysis, design, build, test, and deployment phases, and performing walkthroughs and interviews to drive process adherence.
Reporting findings and providing consulting support to ensure compliance with procedures is also a crucial aspect of this role. Additionally, designing, formulating, and enforcing governance & compliance process improvements is necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:- At least 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT process compliance, audit, or Project Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills
- Strong working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint
- Prior experience in IT risk management and security is an added advantage
