- Develop and implement operational procedures to handle enquiries, student enrolment, classroom schedule, payroll, invoices, payments, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments and reconcile administrative matters.
- Update marketing resources on blogs, forums, and social media platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, WhatsApp messages, and calls between 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Singapore Time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native competency in written and spoken Korean to communicate with Korean speaking customers.
- Fresh A-level and IB graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
- Task oriented, conscientious in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within deadlines.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $300 with a 2.5% commission on new students. This is a freelance position with a minimum commitment of 1 year. Remote work is available, and flexible working hours can be arranged.
