Job Overview

Cisco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Counsel to support our operations in the ASEAN region, preferably based in Singapore.

  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Cisco's business in ASEAN by negotiating and drafting documentation for deals with channel partners and customers.

This role requires strong legal knowledge of Singapore and other ASEAN countries, with Korean legal knowledge being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate and draft documentation for deals with channel partners and customers.
  2. Provide legal support to sales teams engaging with customers across the ASEAN countries.
  3. Advise on legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Law degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 5–8 years of law firm or relevant in-house legal experience.
  • Expertise in anti-trust, anti-corruption (e.g., FCPA), or public procurement laws.
  • Familiarity with Splunk's business, Cisco's technologies, or channel/reseller-based selling models is desirable.
