Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership:
- Direct and manage projects that optimize supply chain processes, leveraging AI and data analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize DX opportunities, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturing stakeholders, identifying and proposing tailored DX solutions to meet their needs.
- Communicate effectively with employees across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, equipping employees with the skills needed to drive business success in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Design and implement process improvements, leveraging Power Platform tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these improvements, making data-driven decisions to drive ongoing process optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in AI and supply chain systems.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
