Reporting to Senior Manager, Network & DX.

This role is responsible to assist Senior Manager to manage Telecom Network matters, including Digital transformation (DX) and product development. It also takes care of branch and the subsidiaries affairs. He/she needs to show operational leadership.

**Responsibilities**
- To assist manage and develop network product (SDWAN, Cloud) for South East Asia.
- To assist maintain and operate Telecom Career Network system.
- To assist manage Network service planning.
- To assist manage Network service development for South East Asia.
- To assist develop DX product for South East Asia.

**Requirements**:

- At least over 10 years working experience of Telecom Career Network, Network Planning and product development.
- Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
- Good understanding of both Japan’s ICT and Telecom network conditions and the ICT and Telecom business and environment in Japan.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with demonstrated improvement to overall department outcomes.
- Self-driven with a positive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across different levels. Strong negotiation skill is a plus.
- Business experiences in multiple countries for Japanese MNCs is a plus.
- Both English and Japanese language proficiency, oral and written, to liaise with client and the parent company in Japan.
