Job Overview:

This role involves managing non-emergency ambulance bookings, case planning and allocation, routing optimization, crew roster management, equipment maintenance, and daily operations coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Email and call handling, including customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback processing
  • Booking record accuracy verification
  • Resource deployment planning according to project requirements
  • Crew and equipment operational readiness assurance
  • Daily crew pairing assignment and monitoring
  • Crew attendance and allowances verification
  • Routing optimization for efficient vehicle usage
  • Cash collection and accuracy of cash records
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field
  • Clear language proficiency as stated in resume/CV
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multilingual capabilities an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime when required
  • Previous experience in coordinating ambulance fleets is highly desirable
