Job Title: Strategic Planning and Business Development

Overview

As a strategic planning and business development professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the demand management process and ensuring effective allocation of resources. You will provide central planning guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather data and input necessary for effective planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the demand management process and manage operations to ensure effective allocation or resources, prioritization of work and delivery of business objectives.
  • Provide central planning guidance taking into consideration overall resource envelop, tech Roadmap alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stake holders to gather data and input necessary for effective planning.
  • Analyse and intepret complex data to drive business decisions and identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular reviews of planning processes, suggesting improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and manage communication plans. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and understanding of the work planning process.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of working in internal IT strategy, business planning or related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and execute. Experience in leading design, implementation as well as management of IT programmes and projects governance framework, preferably in a large size organisation operating in a highly complex environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to convey complex information in clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to evaluate change impact and effectively address challenges.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure.
