Job Title

Overview of the Role:

The IT Services Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of cloud services and IT systems, collaborating with stakeholders to align new and existing services with the company's IT strategy.

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the cloud services and IT systems portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization, redesign, or process improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and IT management to develop roadmaps and business processes.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system health and performance based on key metrics to detect potential issues that may affect the user experience of cloud services and IT systems.
  • Technical Culture Development: Contribute to a strong technical culture among the IT team and vendors, emphasizing technical excellence, continual stakeholder engagement, agility, and strong security.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience, including 1 year as part of a team in architecting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, prototyping, gathering requirements, and/or supporting cloud services and IT systems.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to manage outsourced partners/vendors, excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of agile methodologies or successfully delivering IT projects.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge or certifications in cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI), experience or working knowledge in cloud and system administration, PHP, JavaScript, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its products.
