Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

 


Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive and customer-oriented, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Call customers to schedule routine vehicle maintenance and service appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange daily service schedules to maximise time slot utilisation.
  • Liaise with service and workshop teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Maintain and update customer records and appointment logs.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Provide support in daily office operations and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Skills:

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
  3. Well-organised with good time management and attention to detail.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer systems.
  5. Positive attitude and team player.
