We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Earth Science expert to join our team of AI trainers. As an Earth Science expert, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI by contributing to the development of advanced AI models that can understand and communicate in your field of expertise.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality training prompts that challenge AI models and define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of their answers. You will also be responsible for correcting the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise to real-world problems and contribute to the advancement of AI technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or PhD in Earth Science or in a relevant area.
- You have 3 years of professional experience ideally as analyst or in a relevant field.
- Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
