Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients during consultations and guide them through design and customization options.
  • Assist customers in selecting diamonds, metals, and styles that fit their needs and budget.
  • Handle order processing, perform quality control checks, and prepare items for delivery.
  • Support operational tasks, including coordinating sales campaigns, events, and follow-up communications.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, showroom preparation, and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-comfortable with basic computer skills.
  • Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
