Senior/Product Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to provide insights on market trends, including new product developments.
- Monitor and identify market trends, comparing product propositions and competitive offerings.
- Coordinate focus groups with customers to test and refine new product ideas or gather feedback on existing products.
- Manage the drafting and updating of product specifications and present them for review and approval.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to channel inputs into product development, manage deliverables and resolve implementation issues.
- Prepare training materials, drafts, and updates for new product launches.
- Communicate and draft product launch announcements.
- Oversee post-launch monitoring and evaluation.
- Degree in any field.
- At least 5-10 years experience in Life Insurance and ILP product development/pricing/proposition development and project implementation.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Singapore Life Insurance and ILP related products and regulations.
- Analytical, detailed, results-driven, and comfortable working under tight timelines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
