Job Title: Expert Process Facilitator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled facilitator to lead engaging group process sessions. As a Freelance Group Process Facilitator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of these events.

  • You must be a Singapore Citizen with experience in meeting/process facilitation, able to effectively manage groups and ensure smooth sessions.
  • Conduct at least ten physical in-person facilitation sessions from 2023 to 2025, each lasting at least 3 hours. Your ability to adapt your facilitation style to suit the group is crucial.
  • Relate effectively and engage diverse participant profiles, including those between 16 and 60 years old, with different educational qualifications and socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Elicit candid opinions from participants, particularly those who are quiet or less fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in other languages, such as Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil, is preferred.
  • Foster an environment where focus group discussions meet the intended objectives, and you can articulate Singapore's core values and principles.
  • Maintain neutrality and ensure all voices are heard fairly.
