Business Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize productivity, efficiency, quality, costs, and time management.
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize business processes.
- Perform data analysis to inform process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business process improvement and project management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
