The team supports a wide range of customer applications across the globe, including providing back-up power to hospitals, emergency power during natural disasters, and critical infrastructure for data centers, municipalities, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with key gas genset customers.
  • Develop a robust pipeline with dealers for future continuous gas sales.
  • Ensure assigned customers have a positive experience.
  • Serve as an industry expert for 3500 and CG platform Gas gensets in APAC.
  • Identify gaps in product offerings and provide voice of customer feedback to product groups.
  • Create go-to-market strategies to increase gas genset sales.
  • Lead projects to gain buy-in for new market strategies.
Requirements:
  • Customer Focus: Foster strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, open communication, and ongoing feedback/improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Communicate client expectations, conduct periodic reviews, maintain productive long-term relationships, and create opportunities to educate support teams on client priorities.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Differentiate assumptions, evaluate past decisions, assess decision options, use effective decision-making approaches, and ensure assumptions are objectively analyzed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Discuss industry-specific flagship products and services, demonstrate current knowledge of regulatory environments, and work with major industry segments and associated functions and features.
