Job Title:
Content Strategist for Digital Transformation

The Government Digital Services team aims to spearhead the digital transformation of Singapore Government agencies by driving adoption of modern technologies.

This includes increasing engineering productivity, catapulting our government infrastructure into the new digital era with faster time to market, operational agility, automated deployment, and scaling.

The role involves creating high-quality documentation and content to drive seamless adoption of Singapore Government Tech Stack, focusing on products related to Cosmic Hub Initiative (SHIP-HATS), Container Stack, and Observability Toolset.

Key responsibilities include developing product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, technical blogs that meet organisational needs and standards.

Additional duties include digesting and summarising complex technical concepts into readable and understandable forms for different target audiences in a reusable way.

Support will be provided in building and driving content strategy across Government Commercial Cloud and Singapore Government Tech Stack.

A lead pilot will evaluate content formats, types, and medium to build content cadence recommendations for Product Managers.

Working closely with members of different disciplines, including designers, programmers, product managers, etc., is essential.

Openness to receiving feedback and ability to incorporate it in an agile manner is crucial.

The candidate should also be able to research and stay abreast with industry trends and bring in content best practices from leading tech players.

Advancing as a tech advocate in the industry closely engaging with local and international developer communities or evolving as a Product Manager driving the end-to-end lifecycle of a range of products within Singapore Government Tech Stack are potential career growth opportunities.
