Climate Action Product Manager

We're looking for a seasoned product manager to spearhead our climate action initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative digital solutions that empower enterprises to thrive in a sustainable future.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the voice of the customer in defining cutting-edge digital solutions to pressing climate challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and deliver impactful products that meet customer needs.
  • Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product strategy.
  • Manage collaboration with 3rd party services and resources where required.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of contemporary digital product development platforms, technologies, and industries.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering), MBA or other advanced degree preferred; or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Product Manager with exposure to building enterprise-grade/B2B/data-driven products.
  • Prior experience working with fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
