About Our Client
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team at a transformative stage of growth. This is a unique opportunity to work with a visionary group of founders and contribute to the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including document review, ledger entries, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and support external audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore's financial and tax regulations, including GST and other statutory filings.
  • Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks to enhance operational integrity.
  • Lead corporate financing initiatives from structuring to execution, including documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct financial modeling and risk analysis to support strategic funding decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Support budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis to guide business decisions.
  • Assist in pre-IPO financial readiness, including collaboration with external advisors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance roles
  • Independent and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong relationship-building skills with financial institutions
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to strategic growth in a dynamic setting
