As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will take charge of a team of consultants to empower clients in achieving their financial goals. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales growth, developing business strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of financial advisors
  • Drive individual and team sales performance
  • Provide expert financial guidance to clients on investment options
  • Develop innovative strategies to expand the client base and enhance market presence
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for professional growth
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients
  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, or client engagement activities
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in financial advisory, investments, wealth management, or related fields
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or team management
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
